Anthurium are commonly found in rich variations of the color red and in soils varying from sandy loams to heavy clay. The red, heart-shaped flower of Anthuriums is really a spathe or a waxy, modified leaf flaring out from the base of a fleshy spike where the tiny real flower grows. This flower is a popular favorite in most Caribbean islands.

This lovely pendant hangs 1/2" long.
